Ingredients
- 2 oranges, medium
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla
- 2 Tbsp crushed pineapple
- 2 mint leaves
Directions
- Wash oranges and mint leaf. Pat dry.
- Using a butter knife, slice off the top 1/4 of each orange, making the hole big enough to scoop out the orange sections with a spoon.
- Scoop orange section out and onto a cutting board. Remove seeds or tough pieces of skin. Slice sections into bite-sized chunks.
- Combine orange sections, pineapple and yogurt in a bowl. Mix well.
- Fill orange cups with mixture
- Garnish each with a mint leaf
- Share with a friend and enjoy!
