Ingredients
- 1 Large Rice Cake
- 1 tsp Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
- 6 pieces Shredded Carrots
- 2 slices Banana
- 8 Raisins
- 1 Clementine
Directions
- Spread peanut butter on rice cake and place on plate.
- Place banana slices on rice cake for the eyes of the lion.
- Place a raisin on each banana slice.
- Arrange the rest of the raisins for a nose and mouth.
- Peel and break open clementine. Arrange around rice cake for the lion’s mane.
