Roaring Lion Rice Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Rice Cake
  • 1 tsp Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
  • 6 pieces Shredded Carrots
  • 2 slices Banana
  • 8 Raisins
  • 1 Clementine

Directions

  1. Spread peanut butter on rice cake and place on plate.
  2. Place banana slices on rice cake for the eyes of the lion.
  3. Place a raisin on each banana slice.
  4. Arrange the rest of the raisins for a nose and mouth.
  5. Peel and break open clementine. Arrange around rice cake for the lion’s mane.
