Mango Cone Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh mango spears
  • 1/4 banana, medium
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1/2 packet of sugar-free sweetener
  • 2 Tbsp granola
  • 1 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 sugar-free cone,small

Directions

  1. Slice 1/4 of a medium banana and the mango spears into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix yogurt and sweetener in a bowl.
  3. Add fruit and granola to mixture. Stir well.
  4. Spoon mixture into an ice cream cone.
