Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh mango spears
- 1/4 banana, medium
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1/2 packet of sugar-free sweetener
- 2 Tbsp granola
- 1 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 sugar-free cone,small
Directions
- Slice 1/4 of a medium banana and the mango spears into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix yogurt and sweetener in a bowl.
- Add fruit and granola to mixture. Stir well.
- Spoon mixture into an ice cream cone.
