Jicama Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup jicama, pre-cut
  • 1/8 cup mango, fresh or frozen
  • 1/8 cup kiwi
  • 1/8 cup watermelon, pre-cut
  • 2 medium strawberries
  • ½ tsp honey

Directions

  1. Rinse all the fruit as needed.
  2. Cut skin off kiwi and stems off strawberries
  3. Chop fruit into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Measure and pour fruit in a bowl.
  5. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
