Jicama Ferris Wheel

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Non-fat Greek yogurt, plain
- 1/2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Tbsp. Dried dill weed
- 1/4 cup Pre-sliced jicama sticks
- 1/4 cup Baby carrots
- 1 Celery stalk
- Pinch Garlic powder
- Pinch Onion powder
- Pinch Salt and powder
Directions
- Add mayonnaise and yogurt to mixing bowl and mix with spoon
- Add 3/4 teaspoon of the dill into the yogurt mixture and mix together
- Add a small pinch of the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper
- Pour dip into the mini plastic cup or ramekin and place in center of plate
- Place jicama sticks around the cup so that they stick out of the ramekin to look like the inside of a ferris wheel
- Place the carrot sticks around the outer edge of plate to make a complete circle to look like the outside of a ferris wheel
- On your cutting board, cut celery into 1-inch pieces with a butter knife
- Stick one piece of celery on a toothpick. This will be part of the seat on the ferris wheel
- Place one other piece of celery under the last one to make it look like a seat. Make three of these
- Stab each seat into the circle of carrots
- Dip your vegetables into the veggie dip and enjoy!
