Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Non-fat Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Dried dill weed
  • 1/4 cup Pre-sliced jicama sticks
  • 1/4 cup Baby carrots
  • 1 Celery stalk
  • Pinch Garlic powder
  • Pinch Onion powder
  • Pinch Salt and powder

Directions

  1. Add mayonnaise and yogurt to mixing bowl and mix with spoon
  2. Add 3/4 teaspoon of the dill into the yogurt mixture and mix together
  3. Add a small pinch of the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper
  4. Pour dip into the mini plastic cup or ramekin and place in center of plate
  5. Place jicama sticks around the cup so that they stick out of the ramekin to look like the inside of a ferris wheel
  6. Place the carrot sticks around the outer edge of plate to make a complete circle to look like the outside of a ferris wheel
  7. On your cutting board, cut celery into 1-inch pieces with a butter knife
  8. Stick one piece of celery on a toothpick. This will be part of the seat on the ferris wheel
  9. Place one other piece of celery under the last one to make it look like a seat. Make three of these
  10. Stab each seat into the circle of carrots
