Ingredients
- 1 Flour tortilla, 7-8 inch
- 1 Tbsp. Cream Cheese, low-fat
- 5 Strawberries, small
- 6 Grapes
Directions
- Spread cream cheese on tortilla.
- Wash and stem strawberries. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds.
- Place strawberries in strainer over empty bowl and stir until juice has strained through. Set juice aside.
- Wash grapes. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds.
- Combine strawberry mush and grapes in mixing bowl and blend with hand mixer.
- Spread fruit mixture over cream cheese and roll up tortilla.
- Cut into 4 pieces. Place on plate and drizzle with strawberry juice. Itadakimasu!
