Fruit Sushi

Ingredients

  • 1 Flour tortilla, 7-8 inch
  • 1 Tbsp. Cream Cheese, low-fat
  • 5 Strawberries, small
  • 6 Grapes

Directions

  1. Spread cream cheese on tortilla.
  2. Wash and stem strawberries. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds.
  3. Place strawberries in strainer over empty bowl and stir until juice has strained through. Set juice aside.
  4. Wash grapes. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds.
  5. Combine strawberry mush and grapes in mixing bowl and blend with hand mixer.
  6. Spread fruit mixture over cream cheese and roll up tortilla.
  7. Cut into 4 pieces. Place on plate and drizzle with strawberry juice. Itadakimasu!
