Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Greek strawberry yogurt, light
  • 1 1/2 tsp whipped cream cheese, mixed berry
  • 15 raspberries
  • 1/2 red apple, small

Directions

  1. ASK AN ADULT FOR PERMISSION TO USE THE BLENDER.
  2. Place yogurt, cream cheese and berries in a blender.
  3. Put lid on blender and blend for 30 seconds on low speed.
  4. Pour mixture in a bowl.
  5. Using the apple wedge cutter, slice the apple. Put half away for tomorrow.
  6. Dip the other half of the apple slices into fluff and enjoy!
