Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Greek strawberry yogurt, light
- 1 1/2 tsp whipped cream cheese, mixed berry
- 15 raspberries
- 1/2 red apple, small
Directions
- ASK AN ADULT FOR PERMISSION TO USE THE BLENDER.
- Place yogurt, cream cheese and berries in a blender.
- Put lid on blender and blend for 30 seconds on low speed.
- Pour mixture in a bowl.
- Using the apple wedge cutter, slice the apple. Put half away for tomorrow.
- Dip the other half of the apple slices into fluff and enjoy!
