Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 tsp tahini
- 1 pinch of salt & pepper
- 1 pinch of cumin
- 1/4 fl oz of lemon juice
- 1 whole wheat tortilla, 6 inch
- 1/4 cup spinach, raw tightly packed
- 1/4 cup yellow squash, sliced into 1/8 inch disks
- 1 slice deli turkey
- 1/4 cup tomato,diced
Directions
- Gather ingredients, utensils and equipment.
- Make the spread by combining yogurt, tahini, salt, pepper, cumin and lemon juice. Mix with a spoon until well blended.
- Using cutting board and butter knife, cut squash into paper thin slices and chop the tomato into small pieces.
- Spread yogurt mixture on tortilla, then add turkey, squash and tomato.
- Roll up our tortilla & take a bite.
