Bunny Lunch

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Deli Turkey
  • 2 Leaves of Lettuce
  • 1 Slice Reduced Fat American White Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian Dressing

Directions

  1. Place turkey and cheese on plate and microwave for 15 seconds.
  2. Combine carrots and dressing in bowl. Stir to coat.
  3. Place lettuce on plate.
  4. Top meat, cheese, carrots.
  5. Roll the lettuce and place seam side down on plate.

Serves 1
