Bubble Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 clementine/cutie
  • 15 blueberries, fresh
  • 1 chocolate chip
  • 1 red grape

Directions

  1. Peel the Clementine, and split in half
  2. Lay one half on the plate horizontally as the body and head of the fish
  3. Fan out the sections of the other clementine half and place next to the half on the plate as the tail of the fish
  4. On a cutting board, slice one rounded end off of the grape and then another thin slice as the mouth of the fish (Eat the leftover pieces of grape!)
  5. Place chocolate chip on the head as the fish's eye
  6. Rinse the blueberries and place 4 berries above the fish's head as bubbles, and place the rest below the fish as water
  7. Enjoy your Bubble Fish snack!
