Apple Spinners

Ingredients

  • 1 apple, medium
  • 1 Tbsp cream cheese, cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp shredded carrots

Directions

  1. Cut apple into 3 slices, ¾ inch thick.
  2. Make a hole in the center of each slice, using a pastry cutter or butter knife.
  3. Spread cinnamon cream cheese on top of 2 apples slices.
  4. Cut third apple slice into squares or triangles.
  5. Add them on top of cream cheese in a circle.
  6. Add shredded carrots in between apple slices.

Serves 1
