Ingredients
- 1 apple, medium
- 1 Tbsp cream cheese, cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp shredded carrots
Directions
- Cut apple into 3 slices, ¾ inch thick.
- Make a hole in the center of each slice, using a pastry cutter or butter knife.
- Spread cinnamon cream cheese on top of 2 apples slices.
- Cut third apple slice into squares or triangles.
- Add them on top of cream cheese in a circle.
- Add shredded carrots in between apple slices.
