Ingredients
- 1 apple, large
- 2 tsp natural peanut butter
- 8 raspberries
- 2 tsp granola
Directions
- Wash apple thoroughly
- On a cutting board, cut off the top and bottom of the apple and throw those pieces in the trash.
- Cut apple in half horizontally, making two ½ inch thick round slices
- Cut the core out of the apple slices
- Spread peanut butter on apple rounds
- Rinse and cut raspberries in half.
- Place raspberry slices on apple rounds
- Sprinkle with granola.
