Apple Donut

Ingredients

  • 1 apple, large
  • 2 tsp natural peanut butter
  • 8 raspberries
  • 2 tsp granola

Directions

  1. Wash apple thoroughly
  2. On a cutting board, cut off the top and bottom of the apple and throw those pieces in the trash.
  3. Cut apple in half horizontally, making two ½ inch thick round slices
  4. Cut the core out of the apple slices
  5. Spread peanut butter on apple rounds
  6. Rinse and cut raspberries in half.
  7. Place raspberry slices on apple rounds
  8. Sprinkle with granola.
