Apple Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 apple, small
- 2 Tbsp vanilla yogurt, low-fat
- 1 tsp granola
Directions
- Place yogurt in freezer for 30 minutes.
- Wash apple.
- On a cutting board, cut off the top half of the apple.
- Scoop out the middle core with a spoon to make a “bowl”.
- Warm the apple bowl in the microwave for 1 minute. Let it cool in microwave for 1 minute before removing.
- Scoop yogurt into apple bowl and top with granola.
