Apple Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 apple, small
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla yogurt, low-fat
  • 1 tsp granola

Directions

  1. Place yogurt in freezer for 30 minutes.
  2. Wash apple.
  3. On a cutting board, cut off the top half of the apple.
  4. Scoop out the middle core with a spoon to make a “bowl”.
  5. Warm the apple bowl in the microwave for 1 minute. Let it cool in microwave for 1 minute before removing.
  6. Scoop yogurt into apple bowl and top with granola.

Serves 1
