Utensils/equipment

  • Butter knife
  • Cutting board
  • Medium mixing bowls (2)
  • Dry measuring cups
  • Paper towels
  • Spoon
  • Parchment paper
  • Baking sheet

Ingredients

  • Juice of 2 limes, fresh
  • ½ cup green grapes, fresh
  • ¼ cup blackberries, fresh
  • ½ cup Monk fruit sweetener

Directions

  1. Cut both limes in half with a butter knife and squeeze juice into a medium mixing bowl, remove any seeds from the juice.
  2. Measure and wash 1/2 cup grapes, and 1/4 cup blackberries; gently pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Add grapes and blackberries to lime juice in bowl, and gently mix with a spoon being careful not to mash the fruit.
  4. Place in refrigerator to chill for 10 minutes.
  5. While fruit is chilling, measure out 1/2 cup sweetener into another medium mixing bowl, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Remove bowl of grapes and berries from fridge.
  7. Roll each piece of fruit in the bowl with sweetener coating it well, and place on baking sheet.
  8. Freeze for 2 hours.
  9. Take out of freezer and enjoy.
