- Butter knife
- Cutting board
- Medium mixing bowls (2)
- Dry measuring cups
- Paper towels
- Spoon
- Parchment paper
- Baking sheet
Ingredients
- Juice of 2 limes, fresh
- ½ cup green grapes, fresh
- ¼ cup blackberries, fresh
- ½ cup Monk fruit sweetener
Directions
- Cut both limes in half with a butter knife and squeeze juice into a medium mixing bowl, remove any seeds from the juice.
- Measure and wash 1/2 cup grapes, and 1/4 cup blackberries; gently pat dry with paper towels.
- Add grapes and blackberries to lime juice in bowl, and gently mix with a spoon being careful not to mash the fruit.
- Place in refrigerator to chill for 10 minutes.
- While fruit is chilling, measure out 1/2 cup sweetener into another medium mixing bowl, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove bowl of grapes and berries from fridge.
- Roll each piece of fruit in the bowl with sweetener coating it well, and place on baking sheet.
- Freeze for 2 hours.
- Take out of freezer and enjoy.
