Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup baby carrots sliced into thirds
  • 1/2 cup mandarin oranges canned in juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

Directions

  1. ASK AN ADULT FOR PERMISSION TO USE THE BLENDER
  2. Peel banana and place in blender
  3. Place mango chunks into blender
  4. Using a butter knife, slice baby carrots into 3 chunks until you have 1/2 cup and place in blender.
  5. Add oranges, ginger and coconut milk into blender
  6. Place lid on blender and blend until smooth
  7. Pour into two glasses and share one with a friend
